Permeant Contract or Ongoing Contract

Base $45,000~50,000 + 10% Bonus per year + Superannuation


-To ensure the efficient and accurate administration of the company’s purchasing activities
-To provide sales and inventory data to the local and head office management team in a timely manner

The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by staff in this role. -A strong desire to be involved in all aspects of Inventory Management, Forecasting and Purchasing functions is essential;
-Strong MS Office (computer literate)
-Strong communications skills with good time management, prioritization and organizational skills
-Business level of Japanese language skill preferred

-Report sales and inventory forecast into local and head office management term
-Monitor stock movement and inbound fright management
-Analyze and maintain optimum stock holdings to ensure the timely and constant supply of inventory to our warehouse facilities, to meet customer KPI's and maintain sales growth
-Review inventory levels nationally and initiate stock transfers to meet customer demands.
-Prepare purchase orders for and including local and overseas stock suppliers
-Place orders with suppliers and ensure orders are expedited to meet delivery deadlines
-Analyze supplier performance including the tracking of orders, delivery deadlines, order changes and ensure the timely communication to the business
-Assisting the Finance Department with administrative duties as required
-Over-time as required
