POSITION	Assistant Systems & Data Developer
POSITION OBJECTIVES	- To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Information Management System. - To provide reporting support to the management in a timely manner
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED	- Experience in IT field as System developer - A background in data analysis would be preferable - Strong knowledge with Excel and SQL - Strong technical and analytical experience and good database development skills - Experience in data interrogation / manipulation - Very strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES	- Provide business and technical support, analyzing, designing and developing systems and integrating core systems - Develop technical specifications for reporting solutions working with internal teams where required - Interfacing with internal stakeholders on reporting requirements and working collaboratively to develop, test and implement effective solutions - Data integrity and monitoring - Assist with the Management and Accounting teams to improve the businesses reporting systems and processes - Knowledge of Crystal Reports and BAAN system would be preferable but it is not necessary
